Procedure

Procedure Details

This 46 year old multiparous female had developed several aesthetic breast deformities following breast augmentation surgery performed elsewhere. She disliked the firmness of her breast implants, the implants malposition, and the lack of adequate cleavage due to partial synmastia. She underwent revision breast surgery including implant exchange, internal pocket adjustments with capsulorrhaphy, synmastia repair, and soft tissue coverage with acellular dermal matrix (ADM). Her postoperative course was uneventful, and she was able to return to normal activities within 4 weeks. She was delighted with the soft feel of her breasts and improved implant position and more natural cleavage.
