San Diego Breast Augmentation for Asymmetric Micromastia*

Procedure Details

This delightful 29 year old San Diego woman was unhappy with the size and asymmetry of her breasts. She had no prior pregnancies nor prior breast diseases or surgery. On examination, her right breast was significantly large than he left breast and there was no ptosis (sagging) of the breasts). She tried on a number of sizers to determine what implant volumes were ideal. At surgery, she underwent a bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with placement of a 350 cc high profile silicone gummy bear implant on the right and a 425 cc implant on the left side. These were placed through an inframammary(breast crease) incision and returned to work within a week following surgery. She is shown one year following surgery and remains thrilled with the aesthetic outcome.
