San Diego Augmentation Mastopexy*

Procedure Details

This 27 year old San Diego presented with congenital breast deformities demonstrated significant breast asymmetries in volume and breast shape. Her right breast was significantly smaller than her left breast which also demonstrated ptosis (sagging). She underwent an uneventful bilateral breast augmentation mammoplasty with a 375 cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus implant on the right and a 200 cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus implant on the left. Both implants were placed in a subpectoral (under the muscle) location. In addition, she also underwent a circumareolar (donut) mastopexy on the left side to correct the ptosis. She was delighted with the improvement in breast size ,shape, and symmetry.
