Procedure Details

33 year old Chaldean American businessman from San Diego disliked the size and shape of his nose following a previous rhinoplasty done elsewhere. He felt that his nose was prominent with a nasal hump and his tip dropped. He underwent a revision septorhinoplasty with harvest of cartilage from his ears (during simultaneous otoplasty). The prominent nasal hump was removed, and the nasal tip was restored to a more lifted and supported position eliminating the drooping. He was delighted with the change in his nose and its natural and masculine appearance. He also underwent a simultaneous bilateral otoplasty (ear pinning) to reduce the prominence of his ears to create a natural outcome with no visible scars or contour deformities of the external ears.
